By accessing and using SimTrade, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. SimTrade is a simulation platform for educational purposes only.

2. Simulation Platform

SimTrade is a paper trading and simulation platform. All trading activities use virtual funds and do not involve real money or real cryptocurrency transactions. No real financial instruments are traded on this platform.

3. Service Payments

SimTrade uses x402 micropayments for accessing premium services and features. These payments are processed on-chain using USDC on the Base network. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the platform for educational and simulation purposes only
• Not attempt to exploit or abuse the platform's services
• Maintain the security of their wallet and account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the platform for any illegal activities

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on SimTrade are owned by SimTrade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SimTrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. The simulation results do not guarantee real-world trading performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

SimTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes any losses from real trading decisions made based on simulation results.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
